Hi All, cant seem to find any relevant videos on this anywhere.. the width of the tape made for the 1938 truck (inside seal) is too wide( not thick).. what do you do? Cut it it??

That's the glass setting tape, correct? Wrap it in a "U" around the edge of the glass and push the assembly into the channel. Use motor oil to lube the tape, it makes a slippery gooey black mess that seals to the glass and metal. After the glass is set, trim the excess with a razor blade.
