Got my rebuilt 4-speed in my 61' Apache.
Can I fill the transmission fluid through the shift opening?

Thanks - GPK1961

After filling it through the top, leave the side fill plug out long enough to let any "over-fill" have time to drip out.

Make sure you're using Transmission Mineral Oil...not 85/90 gear lube.

Filling thru the top is so easy. Sure wish my gearbox was that clean. Nice!
