Massaging them is the norm. Most all the sellers get their parts from the same offshore supplier. Buyer beware no matter what store you use.

You may want to look around for awhile in your area for a donor fender. the patch panels are small and cheap to ship. Did you get the truck home yet? Let us know how the shipping went, who you used, how you found them and how much? Other folks could use all that info.

Yes i did get it home the shipping co i got was called easy glide out of Ct. , the truck arrived fine , however the driver was asked by the seller to stop by at his other shop down the road from where the truck was to get the new windshield that was included with the sale . The driver said yeah yeah yeah i will (he didnt speak english very well) . The seller went to his shop got the windshield and the driver never showed up ! He supposedly had to go right by it when he got on the road . Anyway im very happy with the truck the seller described it as it was and so far the only surprise was that the emergency brake assembly was under the seat so hopefully it will go on without much trouble . I had the truck listed on the load board for $1300 from kansas to mass. it was picked up a day after it posted . I found a good guy who listed it for me , he knows the biz and new what to list it for . I was being inundated with calls and texts from all the brokers trying to get their fee from me up front , my guy wouldnt take his fee until it was delivered So i pulled the heater unit yesterday , motor was toast, heater core is holding water ranco switch /t stat froze up , its an airflow? style heater , I have a replacement coming so i may put mine up for sale , vacuum wipers not working gonna replace with electric , then start on directionals which are not currently working . Truck starts , runs , stops and shifts great so time to get to work wish me luck ! | | |
