Not exactly sure what engine I have can someone help me decipher the numbers

Head on drivers side 8836848. Gm29
Passenger side B58848850


Block on passenger side fo5295 on small angle

Right above starter e282

Just above fuel pump. 8769716

Please help if you can. I’m new to the site. And I have tried to decipher it but no luck

also this is in a 1950 but i was told by the previous owner it was not original but should be what came out of it so if i could find out if it is a 235 and the year i can order some parts that i need

8769716 = 1958-62 235 Block

E 28 2 = May 28, 1962 casting date

F05295 is the stamped engine code.

F = Flint Engine Plant
05 = Month (May)
29 = Day
5 = Revisit this number, it should be a letter (A, B, J, ???)

Your engine was assembles one day after it was cast!

Casting number 8836848 is a 235 Head used from 1956-62.
