I have a 350 V8 in it and want to know what is the best tranny. Is one more reliable? I know the 700 has overdrive. Are the gear ratios of the lower gears in the 700 different than that of the 350? Dad had one behind a 454 that he pulled a 36' trailer all over the country, with no problems. Go to the Nowak tranny page for info on the 350 and 700
