I'm swapping out the cracked 250 and TH350 trans that came in my truck with a 235 and SM420 to get it closer to original. The 235 I recently bought came with a bell housing but no clutch fork. The only after-market fork that I'm finding is by Chev's of the '40's and is listed as being for 1938-46 trucks. The price for this item is better than anything I've seen on eBay. Were there any changes made in the clutch fork design between 1946 and 1947?

Post in the “Truck Parts Wanted” forum and you may get the proper fork for a better price. I’ve gotten several parts that I needed and the forum had come thru on everything thing I’ve posted. The guys/gals here are great! Give it a try!
