I just spent the last hour searching old posts trying to find out exactly where the interior color stops and exterior color starts but did not find anything. I'm sure it's out there somewhere I just didn't find it. I have also looked at lots of pictures but they are not always the same so I'm not sure what is original. Also is everything in the interior painted the same color including the floor except for the steering wheel, column and the shifter? Thanks for you help.

The rocker panel below the floor is also interior color.
Yes, the entire interior is the same color except the steering column, wheel and shifter. The heater is typically a different color as well.
On my truck, even the gas tank had interior color on it, indicating that it was installed before the cab interior was painted.

As Kevin posted, the fuel tank might have interior color one it, or, it might just have a (grayish ?) primer color on it. It has been suggested that the fuel tank might/might-not have been installed before the cab interior was primed/painted. The "giveaway" is the color of the interior cab metal behind the fuel tank.
