We have what we believe to be a 261 engine with a strange Engine Serial number of "FIII4L" (Serial Number found on the ledge by the distributor)

F = Flint Engine Plant
11 = Month
14 = Day
L = 1958 or newer 261 from a 6000 Series truck
For reasons not known Chevrolet would swap the letter "eye" for the number "1", your code stamping is just one of many examples of this.
