My truck stays in the garage and doesn’t have a lot of miles yet (1300), but I have driven it in the rain and snow. It supposedly has built in UV filter/absorbers. It’s for wooden boats and associated pieces so it likely is pretty durable, not bulletproof, but would last quite a long time. It does a good job of encapsulating the fibers. It’s flexible so it won’t crack. Unfortunately it needs to be covered over because of a UV problem. I used a flat black enamel. Worked out great... actually, too nice....
