Why will my motor not turn fan when trying to start? Fan will spin every once in a while when trying to start. Have a 19/32” x 43” belt installed. Please help I have 4 young kiddos ready to take this bad boy for a ride.

Have you tried to turn the fan with the belt removed? Chances are the water pump is locked up. I'm 40 miles north of you, and I've got several 216 pumps if you want to try another one before you buy a replacement.

The fan and pump should spin freely. You need to change the water pump. Make a couple more posts and you will be able to use the private message function of the site.
