I'm running a 350 in this truck, and although I'm sure the 3-row might run a little cooler, I don't want to pull the trigger on one if the 2-row is perfectly fine.
I'm looking at aluminum ones, so I'd have to think they run cooler than OEM anyway, right?
I run a 4 row aluminum radiator in my ‘62 C-10. Not much physical difference and bolted in in the original holes. I’m running a built 350 W/700r4. Runs around 185 in the summer months.

What did you end up going with? I’m looking for one righ now as well.
I have not yet bought one bc I'm going crazy with the shopping for one. Here's why:
1. I was hoping to get one made in the US- many are made in China. Apparently, US ones are made with 1" tubes where Chinese ones are made with 1/2" tubes.
2. I am still not sure if I should go with 2-row or 3-row. It's not a high power engine, it's under 300HP, so I'm guessing 2-row would be ok.
3. I'm trying to spend no more than $300
I need to pull the trigger by tomorrow, I just wish the decision-making process wasn't so tough.
Aluminum is a poor substitute for copper in terms of heat dissipation, so go bigger, not smaller when going that route. I'd suggest 3 row as a minimum, and 4 if it can be squeezed into the budget. What's more expensive, a radiator or an engine? Jerry

Oh Yes, just took a three row aluminum out of our 34 Dodge Brothers p/u with a max wedge 440. Would not handle the job, got a very good 4 row brass and copper from a 46 Chevy two ton. Everything is good in Ed's Happy Land. Doc.
