Would anyone have any photos of the1959 3100 rear brakes and possibly some installation advise/how to/tips?

Do you have a shop manual? Have you searched You Tube? Both of those will more than likely have the info you need. It's pretty straight forward...as you take it apart take pictures so you can put it back the same way.

Is your truck US or Canadian?

Hello. It’s a US truck. I do have the manual and have checked youtube. There wasn’t anything specific to a 59 on YouTube but I am assuming that years close shouldn’t be too far off.

Chevy used the same Bendix brakes on cars and trucks from 51 through about 63. Later vehicles used the same brakes but the hardware was different because of self adjusters.
