Where can I get gauges that look "classic" or stock that don't break the bank? Many thanks for any advice.

But, it is usually listed as a Panel Delivery in the Passenger Car Specifications Manual.

But what do I know. I am a truck guy.

To answer the OP's question, I would suggest visiting some gauge manufacturers web sites and find something classic or custom that would fit dimension-ally in to your dash. VDO, Auto Meter, Stewart Warner, Dolphin, or any of the few others that come to mind.
If you have or find original gauges, there are places that will rebuild and/or upgrade what you have for your newer, different voltage senders. | | |
