Hy Phillip Lott, value is always difficult to pin down, basically it is worth what someone is willing to pay the seller to let him take it away. Big Bolts have a smaller market, simply because not everyone has the facilities to deal with them. I think I would start at an offer just above scrap value and if you aren't asked to leave the property you can negotiate from there, good luck with the negotiations.
