I just put mine up there and marked where they needed to be cut out and then cut a little at a time 'til I cut out enough.

I used a TCI kit for our 53 1/2 ton. | | | | Joined: Oct 2006 Posts: 4,983 Master Gabster | Master Gabster Joined: Oct 2006 Posts: 4,983 | I have read discussions on this topic from time occasionally it is mentioned how it is much easier to install fenders if you bolt up the inner fenders and grill etc. first. Has anyone here got an opinion on this?

Didn't have the grille on it though. Took 4 people to line it up though. We taped all edges not to scratch the paint. | | | | Joined: Jul 2005 Posts: 2,031 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Jul 2005 Posts: 2,031 | should you find that you do need to trim the inners you may want to add/ fasten to the inners some sort of heavy rubber type sheet of material so as to block out debris and allow the IFS to fully float up and down

That's a good idea with the rubber Thanks Some people are like Slinkies, Their not really good for nothing...
