I just saw on the Midwest All Truck Nationals facebook page that they are cancelling the show this year.

I saw that too. What a bummer!
Is it possible that there will still be a Stovebolt reunion?

Darn it!!! cry
I was in the full planning mode.

So, there will not be any shirts but, I don't see why we can't still make up the Stovebolt Anniversary decals.
We just need John M. to finish up the design. dance

I have some calls to make.

Overhyped, politicized imaginary crisis or not, this is still the 25th year of Stovebolt.com. I should be able to get to the sticker design by the weekend. Got a bunch of truck drivin' to do tomorrow wink

I guess it had to happen, the up side to this is I have a whole year to plan a road trip from Ga. A 25th sticker is a must.

Why not continue with the shirts? Just add in "socially distanced"

Why have a shirt for an event that didn't happen?
The anniversary decal is a different thing all together and we have a lot of requests for decals.

Well here's an idea, why not make 25th Anniversary shirts, I know I would buy one.

Ok, I’ll speak up in defense of Don. Mailing decals is a piece of cake compared to mailing T-Shirts. Monumental job.

Thanks Martin, the decals are enough for me and John Lucas has offered his help.

But! If anyone wants to take the lead on an Anniversary T-shirt (Craig). I'm sure John can make up a pocket T design with a big design on the back.
Pocket T's sell better and I'll buy one if it has a pocket!

Just a thought, why couldn't shirts be purchased directly from the company making the shirts and have them do the shipping. Submit the design, set a deadline to place all orders and have them prepay with a credit card. Another thought would be to sell them through the Hoo-Ya-Shop.

I have worked with a local company on shirts before so that's the easy part, shipping well that could be done. Is there an approved design? How many would be interested in purchasing a shirt?

Yeah it was a really hard decision for Classic but the logistics of tracking everyone attending the show and full time mask wearing were going to be overwhelming. We'll have a great show next year.
Thank you guys for all the effort that was put in to organizing the reunion.
