Before I spend big bucks on complete new cross shafts, I am hoping someone knows of a supplier for the bushing and seal repair kits. I have found them for other years and 1/2 ton trucks. Images 1 and 2 do not show seals on the shafts as I removed them for cleaning.
Which leads to my next question...

Are the 1/2 and 3/4 ton cross shafts really different sizes? I have several catalogs showing only one part for both C10 and C20 for upper and another for lower. I will include pictures and measurements of my cross arm shafts, etc...

I would really be happy with just new seals, prefer seals and bushings. New or like new if I have to.
picture 1; lower shaft 15 5/8 length, bushing is 1 1/2 wide by 1 1/4 inch tall
picture 2; upper shaft 9 3/4 inch wide, bushings 1 5/16 wide by 1 inch tall
picture 3; seals, upper and lower, top outside view, image has ruler
picture 4; seals, upper and lower, inside view, image has ruler
picture 5; torn apart front end pieces with ....

Better hurry IF catalog says same for 1/2t and 3/4T. I guess they are the same. Don't know.

THIS says 63 and up, but maybe the bushings are the same.

Seems like the magic number is K-6135..maybe

I am in the position of buy it quick, must be correct part. I need to get the front and rear ends finished before the rains start here. Okay, it is raining today but that is a fluke. I should have 3 more weeks....
