I thought I would put this up for people interested in doing LS1/2/6 swaps. IMO the PCM and harness of choice is the 99-02 F-bod harness. You can find them used or new for a decent price and the wiring isn't all that dificult to do.
This sheet is a work in progress as I work on mine so I will be making some minor changes / additions along with links in some cases.
