I'm building a 57 chevy truck with a ZZ4 chevy 350 motor. I'm putting in a vintage air system and am using the billet specialties v-trac system so need to use an electric fan and shroud. I'd like to have an aluminium radiator with a built in aluminum AC condenser, electric fan and shroud. Any advice on vendors that would carry something like this? Thanks in advance! Dave.

I'll leave it to others to name the many different companies who make after market radiators. I will point out a problem that can occur with built in condensors or any condensor for that matter. The condensor is the A/C's way of removing heat from your system so it must work in concert with the rest of your cooling system. Too small a condensor and it won't be able able to waste the heat load. I believe the general rule is to get as much condensor as you can stand. I also believe the most common setup you see is a condensor mounted in front of the radiator to increase the condensor size. All in all you just might ask the guys you buy your cooling system from for their recommendation. A system that doesn't cool for whatever reason doesn't help them sell more units.

I am plan to have a custom Aluminum Radiator made for my project. I have done some research to see who I think has the best quality product.
I decided that Griffin makes the best Aluminum radiators http://griffinrad.com/. Also that Spal makes the best electric fans http://www.spal-usa.com/.

When I contacted Griffin they said they could make me a radiator and AC condenser to suit my project, and that custom sizes are no problem. I also like the Griffin radiators because they have many factory looking stamped tanks. that way except for being aluminum it looks stock, and not made up out of flat sheet metal or extruded aluminum with a non original look.
