Your brake lines should be 3/16" OD per the Master Parts Catalog.

Not sure what you are saying JR. Who said they are the wrong size? What size are they? If you are talking about the lines you got from inline tube, they would be the right size. Who are you ordering hoses from? Inline tube? If you are needing hoses, buy hoses that fit your fittings. You will be OK. The two common sizes of brake line are 3/16 and 1/4. It makes no difference which of those sizes you use.
Here is a comment from inline tube regarding general convention. "Disc brake cars use 3/16” tubing and drum brake cars use ¼” tubing."
So they either will go with OEM size or this convention, I assume.

Based on what I posted, 51-54 Passenger cars and 1/2 ton trucks used 3/16 lines. I also went out and measured mine (1/2 ton) and found 3/16 inch lines.

Also, on 1954 3100 Hydra-Magic trucks, the brake lines are routed differently compared to manual transmission 3100s. The “crossover” line to the rear transmission is in a different location.
The Line he got SKU: SCTB5401 is 3/16. As Kevin shows, that there is correct! Buy the hoses from Inline so that if anything is wrong, fit/fitting wise, it will be on them.
