I like it. Remnants of your ABS headliner material?

Yes, I had to buy 4x8 sheets of the stuff for the best deal, so I had a bit left over.

The answer is, gently. Plus you gotta make it easy on yourself!

BTW, what did you use for your rear door weatherstripping?

I'm digging the Model A stuff too. I've built a number of them, from a resto-mod '31 closed cab pickup, to a Rat Fink inspired '28 Tudor rat rod.

I used the stuff from Classic Parts. It worked well until I adjusted the doors and it retained its shape from the previous position. That created a leak or two. When it is time to paint, I will probably use the proper size stuff from Steele. Although, if I got the exact same stuff from Classic, it would work just as well, too.

The A is a '30 Roadster that will be powered by a blown V6. If you're interested, send me a PM and I'll send you a link to my photo journal of that build.

Sure!

You can find ALL the pictures of this build either at my thread in the DITY Forum, or at the "Lots and LOTS of pictures" link in my signature.

I'll have to stop by bunchobikes more often.
The seat welding is also new since last time I checked!

The rear floor on my '59 is practically identical to yours. I wonder if the rear seats are interchangeable?

I just finished chiseling up all the original linoleum and replaced it with vinyl. It has a layer of tar paper underneath that is very well fused with the plywood.
I'm planning to eventually make a folding seat/bed back there.

It is hilarious how bad my middle seat frame is: apparently broken, then booger welded with a stick welder. It also has copper water pipe sleeved around it where the floor bolts attach.

Yes, I have schwinn envy too.

I had a later middle seat. It fit in my Burb.

Haven't thought much about Schwinn's in recent times. In fact, almost all of that stuff is gone. The web site is mostly a place holder for my project pics.
