I am trying to find a replacement hubcap after one fell off and is lost (or 4 new that will fit the wheels). My truck came with these wheels, and the hubcap is held on by a single bolt. Haven’t been able to find anything like this and have spent hours searching online. I’m not sure if the standard push on style will hold as there are no bumps in the wheel.

Can anyone identify these wheels or hubcaps? The caps are about 7” diameter. I’ve tried plugging in the numbers on the back of the hubcap and the wheel, but no hit comes up. Hubcaps are just plastic with a made in Taiwan sticker on the back.

Not my favorite wheels, but replacing them is not not a high priority $ wise right now. They are 6 bolt too. I don’t like rolling with one missing hubcap, so finding something that fits will help with the aesthetics.

More info; These are 15” wheels. If you zoom in you can see the spot the bolt threads into to hold on the hubcaps.

I’ve never seen a set up like that before. Since you’ve done your due diligence and scoured the Internet looking for it and came up short, if it were me I would drive by a wheel or tire shop that sells a lot of wheels and show them what you have an ask if they recognize it. They may know the manufacturer.

I have some Eagle Alloy wheels that have one screw holding on the center cap.

I have some winter rims on a Toyota that have a simulator centre cap .They are sachetti rims

I just searched eBay and found lots of center caps.

Thanks all. Late getting back to some screen time today. Mike B, of course I never tried eBay! I tried looking for the wheels including typing in any numbers off the back, and tried all sorts of google searches. I’ll search the other rims mentioned and see what I can find also. There’s likely a reason they are not popular, like the fact that one bolt hole was cracked and eventually the rim fell off and went sailing across the road! My wife was following and told me. Even although I turned back, I couldn’t find it.

Just found out about an abandoned salvage yard in the woods in my county. Going out today. The new owner told me yesterday they lined up a group of old Chevy round and square fender types. He said he had no idea why one of his employees put them in line instead of crushing. Hold tight I will check for you and the rest of us on Stovebolt, we could use some good luck. I have been on goose chases before and came out empty handed. Last time a fellow told me a too good to be true story all the trucks I drove too were 47 thru 56 Fords. I will take pictures. Doc.

Kiwinz, Just got back, all 40 thru 50's trucks were Fords. I guess old Fords are not in demand. Big mountain of chrome wheels, I described to the owner what you need. He told me they come through quite a bit and he will grab them up and let me know. Ed

It looks like your wheels are called Razor 225 wheels manufactured by Rainy, there are different center caps which may still be available. Ed

Thanks so much Ed. I spent another few hours last night and this morning looking through eBay (Mike B’s good suggestion), but mostly all one off’s. Great to know the brand of wheel. I’d searched for matching images for a long time too. I do certainly see more bolt on style hubcaps our there. None as simple as mine (which are plastic) or reasonably priced or correct size. I’ll look up these wheels now and see if I get lucky.

Is there a different spelling for Rainy, or Razor? Searches keep coming up with either razor scooter info, or wet road wheel and tire info. Brands that use common names are never easy to find.

Kiwinz, got back from a great salvage yard I was in hopes that the huge pile of chrome rims like yours. A nineteen year old that works there and really knows his custom wheels is on the lookout. I told him if he gets one in I can compare so that I can find your cap. He showed me three different Chevrolet bow tie logo center caps, one is from an S-10, and two were from Chevy trucks and cars. I took pictures but if you can give me the size in inches it would be very helpful. Doc

Thanks Doc, and all. I found a hubcap / wheel cover in the end. My wheels are Prime wheels. Couldn't ever find the model but after a lot of online searching and the comments on this thread, I finally spotted what looked like a PRIME marked on the inside of a wheel (its small and in deep, easy to miss). I went to ebay as suggested and found one with the measurement I need 7.25" diameter. what a pain it is to loose a hubcap! Mine are plastic and the single bolt hole was slightly broken on this one when I got the truck, so it was no surprise it broke entirely and fell off. I'll be checking and ensuring I don't loose anymore as I suspect they'll get harder to find and more expensive. I got mine for $20, but see others (same) for as much as $75 each!
