My driver side door sags while open. The bottom door side side hinge is loose. I have to lift it up to close it. Can this be repaired? If so, how?

It looks like the pin/bearing holes may be worn. Some of the vendors sell oversize pins and you can drill the hinge body and install the oversize pin to take out the slop.

There are some tips on hinge restoration/repair in the Tech Tips Section of Stovebolt.

My doors had the same issue. The area around the hinge had broken loose. I had to weld the hinge area back to the door. There are door check stops that are supposed to keep the door from putting stress on the hinges. Mine were missing.

I suspected that was the case. My door stops are missing.

There are also replacement hinges available if needed. Not cheap but sometimes there aren't many choices.
