I purchased an after market electric washer bottle and nozzle kit for my 57 3200. When I pulled the wiper arms and bezel, so I could remove the cowl, I notice a small tube as part of the bezel. If small set screw is removed the tube blows through the hole. Anybody know the purpose? Is it meant for a washer/squirter? Picture attached.

I discovered the same thing on my 56 a couple of weeks ago when I removed the cowl to clean out the floor vent plenum. I guess you can buy the threaded squirters to put in place of the screws, but I have not looked.
Thanks guys. I can always count on good feedback on this forum. Down side of using the built in tube is that it ends up inside the truck. Not good if it ever leaked. I think I’ve got room to drill holes in cowl and mount the small nozzles that came with the kit I bought.
