For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Mar 2020 Posts: 87 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Mar 2020 Posts: 87 | Can someone please tell me the correct location for the side-view mirror for a 1950 Chevy PU?. I have three sets of holes, top of cowel, top of door above the glass, side of door just below the glass. I am doing bodywork and want to weld the incorrect holes closed.
thanks for any help. Mike | | | | | Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 29,269 Bubba - Curmudgeon | | Bubba - Curmudgeon Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 29,269 | Mike,
for optional/accessory mirror - top of cowl
Look under the dash, under the cowl-attachment location.
If the holes are in the correct location, you should see the holes inside a brace/bracket. | | | | | Joined: Mar 2020 Posts: 87 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Mar 2020 Posts: 87 | Tim,
