For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! I live 50 miles from them and I get faster delivery from companies across the country. Customer service is annoying and their phone system is annoying. In all fairness, they do have many how-to videos that can be accessed for free.

Hard to find stuff. I have relied on their print catalog, which is good, to put together web orders. I've never ordered from Brothers, although I do have one of their catalogs.

I needed some parts and advice, I got NO response. The gas tank works just fine though.

I have had mixed results with Brothers, once they shipped the wrong parts, they shipped out the correct pieces overnight, told me to keep the previous order.

No problems.

Shipping employees at vendors, and shippers themselves, are at home, ill or furloughed. Everything I have ordered from anyone takes longer. Companies have limited capacity/limited workforce.

ALL comments unrelated to Brothers Truck Parts were removed. ALL personal attacks or vaguely disguised personal attacks were removed. I shouldn’t have to do this, everyone knows the site rules. The thread is now back open and being closely monitored.

I understand the set back we are all facing in this time of the pandemic. But i think this is atad bit excessive to say da least. JMO | | |
