Hello all, I just purchased a 235 6 cylinder engine. Here is the number: 005841F55X, can anyone help with what year, and what this engine came out of? Thanks in advance...Clint

(5841-1000 =) 4,841st 1955 first-series (Advance-Design) 235 engine produced in the Flint, MI engine plant and installed on a 3100 truck

005841 = Unit number starting at 1001
F = Flint Engine Plant
55 = 1955
X = 3100 Series Truck
