1954 3100 - Looking for a place that sells new exhaust pipe from engine to the muffler, or looking for a recommendation for a good exhaust shop in the Kansas City Metro area that can reproduce the original for me. I"m near Lee's Summit. Thanks in advance.

I used to use United Muffler in Raytown years ago when I had a shop in south K.C. I see in the phone book they are still there.

They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though. Same thing.

My local Midas still had the "card" for my truck. The card tells them what size pipe is required and how to bend it.

FYI, here's the '51-'55 exhaust bend card that someone posted a while back that I saved locally.

I don't remember who it was, so if you recognize your thumb -- Thanks. wink

If you're smart enough to take it apart, you darn well better be smart enough to put it back together.
