I have a 59 3204 and I’m gonna take a wild guess that reverse lights were an accessory?
I have the switch but no activator lever, I’m guessing goes on the shift rod on the column to activate the switch. Any ideas were to find these parts?

I have a Classic Chevy Trucks parts book and one from Bowtie bits, but mine is for 67-72 trucks. They have them for your vintage as well. Also, search ebay and your local wrecking yard.

Another quality post.

I have a 1957 NAPCO with a 3 speed OD trans and a Hurst floor shift. Rather than dink around with locating the activator lever, I just mounted a switch on an auxiliary dash under dash-mount panel. This same panel houses the switch for the fog lights and the switches that control the OD trans for 6 speed functionality.

Note: I added photo FYI, I think it looks OK.
