Is it lacquer (sp?) based? Tell me about the exhaust manifolds. Do you see a problem with fit? Keep at it, I would love to see more pictures as you go!

The primer is over POR15, so its just rattle can right now, but the POR15 is not gonna let moisture thru. Its been on 3 years, havent lost an area yet. The headers are 1 3/4"Cragers. We had to cut the manifold flanges and push the tubes through farther to get frame clearance. and ya plenty of torque! Yes, I went back through the pictures and saw the undercoatings going on. I am at the stage where I am still working on the frame of my truck and I keeping asking myself, should I go for a small and fuel efficient engine, or go all out for muscle. You are helping me make up my mind!!!
