I am assuming the nove brakes are 11 inch rotors. Looking through a napa parts book, the only thing I found that was close was from a Toyota 4 Runner 96-2002. this was a 6 on 5.5 rotor with an over all diameter of 11 and 1/16. overall height 2 and 49/64.
Not sure, but aren't the bearing assemblies or hubs integral to the nova rotor?
A 6 lug rotor might also be thicker than a car rotor. If every thing else is the same, you may need to get remanufactured callipers from lets say a 1973 chevy truck. Those should bolt right up but you will have to check clearence issues with the bleeders and the brake line hoses. Also look at "Commercial Chassis" (limosenes) callipers.
Any way you go, this is still a guessing game. Match the parts up as best as possible at the service counter.
