| | | | Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 637 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 637 | I am installing Fenton Cast Iron headers on the 248 in my 1954 GMC with Hydramatic. There is an interference between the shift linkage and the rear header. Is there an easy way to fix that or just bend the shift arm until it clears? Also installing Nicson 2 carb manifold, the carb mounting plaates are turned 90 degrees from the stock position making linkage a problem. Anybody had this issue, and how to fix it easily. | | |
