I believe Inline Tube has been mentioned in the past. They can make new cables using your old terminations. Inline Tube Thread

I think 46 2 tons had brake rods not cables

Rods all the way back to the cables. Just had some built from the originals by Control Cables in Los Angeles. I will post pics etc when I get them this week.
