49 3100 with the slide out spare tire carrier. Tire lies face down on carrier centered on a round plate with 2 threaded holes. What was originally used to secure the wheel to the carrier? I used a piece of bar stock, drilled 2 holes and bolted it down but I don't think it came that way. Any help would be appreciated. Couldn't find anything during my forum search.
