I'll be heading down there tomorrow for a week and was thinking about buying it, but unfortunately, the post is gone. He was selling that, a front apron, and a very nice looking grille for nearly giveaway prices (I think he was asking less than $100 for the grille and less than $50 for the bumper.) I hope someone got a good deal on them.

He said he sells stuff within 2 days usually. I was glad because i got a fair deal and it matched the patina on the truck. Didn’t want to buy some flimsy repop one. Definitely gotta act fast and have cash to score the good deals......and be willing to drive some. | | | | | Joined: Aug 2017 Posts: 671 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Aug 2017 Posts: 671 | There is a Stovebolt member, I think in Riverside area (2 hours from Santa Barbara) he has a grill for sale. I think he said $60.00. PM me of interested and you guys can talk. Todd

But it sells quick, and I don't have to look at it taking up room, or just pitching it. Bird in the hand is worth more than 2 in the bush, or something like that.

Looking for parts is just incidental. I get two free checked bags, so with the wife along that could be lots of free shipping. I brought a grille back with me a couple visits ago.
