Has anyone used any aftermarket wheels for a 1/2 ton with the original 6 lug configuration. I am keeping 6 lugs and was wondering what options I may have with aftermarket rims.

Just looking for suggestions a or ideas

Also if anyone know what the spec would have to be to atleast deal with the front hubs (diameter etc...)

16x7 Toyota Tacoma rims!
6x5.5" bolt pattern fits Chevy and Toyota.
Specifically, the full size spare tire rims. Cheap at the junkyard or ebay and great classic looks!

I bought five of these from etrailer for my 1955 1/2 3600. They fit perfectly and clear the original steering tie rods. These rims need to be balanced from the six lug holes and not the center hole.

I tired one of my Taco wheels on the front of my 3100, to wide or back spacing and hits the tie rod, maybe a steel Taco wheel well fit the front but not the mags
