I have a 1953 chevy 3100 with a Sids 3" drop axle and the Speedway Motors disc brake kit which says it adds 7/16" per side.

Thinking about some 17x7 rims from Us Wheel:

https://www.uswheel.com/wheel/12211/us-wheel-smoothie-series-510/?finish=3880&part=510%2D8710

They have 4.5" of back spacing. It looks like these should clear but I have seen some other posts about needing 0 offset or 3.5" back spacing?

Anybody have these wheels?

If you order the wheels through Summit Racing you can try them on (as long as you don't mount tires) and send them back for refund or exchange if they don't fit.

I might end up doing that. But I am thinking they will fit.

I believe there is a tool or two on the market to simulate tire and wheel size before you make your wheel purchase.
