I really like your latest idea with the “Down to Bare Bones” Evapo-Rust/Drip Tray idea. That stuff is amazing. (I will be looking for a drip tray!)
P.S. I also enjoy a good IPA. Since Alabama finally freed the hops several years ago, we (Alabama) have been producing some really good brews. We actually have two breweries here in town now and another in nearby Cullman.
