Ive got my 52 on a 2wd s-10 frame.Im mounting a V8 into the truck. For you guys that have done this what did you do for motor mounts?

I haven't done it yet, but there are people who sell kits to put V8s into S-10s. You might check here, it is an entire S-10 V8 site:

I got the s-10 motor mount kit already and it puts the motor too far ahead. Tried to revearse the mounts but the fuel pump mounting spot in the block is in the way.

Notch the cross member for your fuel pump clearance. That is what I had to do.
