Does anybody have the specific dimensions of the axle shafts for the 1942 Chevy 3/4 ton rear end? Considering custom axle shafts but, would like to avoid having to pull the axles out of my truck to measure them. Thanks for any help.

Thanks for your help. Interestingly, there is no specific listing for the 3/4 ton truck axle shaft in the 1942-46 series. While they are listed separately in other years. The only thing close is the listing for "commercial" in this date range. Since the 3/4 and 1 ton were the same, I have to assume this means the listing for "commercial" refers to these axle shafts. I'll do a bit more research to try to confirm this by part numbers. Thanks again for your help.
