I am curious to know what some of you hot rodders are doing to make these trucks handle. I know I am changing the rear suspension around. Not that I doubt the truck arm suspension, most of us know they are running a similar set up in Nascar, but it's to make more room. I plan on doing something similar to what is in my Camaro http://www.pro-touring.com/forum/showthread.php?t=14014

I would mount the LCA's under the frame rail and make a new simple crossmember for the 3rd link. I'm doing this to make more room under the bed. The 63 is going to be my tow truck so I would like to put a fuel cell in back and mount a compressor and air tank under the bed to run air tools at the track and work the bags.

I mainly want to know what is out there for the front end. Will other things like Camaro front suspension work on it (UCA's and LCA's)?

Don't know if this is a help or not but I am air bagged all around with 1 1/4 sway bars front and rear and I handle like a champ. good shocks also help.

I agree with Gazim. These trucks have a good front end. I use the big heavy duty shocks from Monroe (napa) & a sway bar.
