Check the carb-to-manifold gasket. Make sure that the small hole in carb flange lines up with the hole in the gasket.

The float level is probably set to low. There has been a world of discussion on model B carbs on this website. You might do a search & study them.

Or the float might even be stuck closed, my Holley did that.

LOL...Here you go guys....the fix all of all carburetors - runs on choke, then stumbles, farts & quits ..........The Chinese wonder ....
