The map would not open unless the user has an Google account.
If someone knows how I can make/save a Google Map for viewing by anyone, please let me know.
If you want to try to help me solve this problem, please send me :
- your Stovebolt.com username, your email address, and your home address; or,
- just your home city and your stovebolt username.
These will not be publicly published - this will allow me to send you an email that "invites" you to use/see the map.
This might solve the "Google-viewing problem"?
By the way, wait a few days for me to get back to you (like, maybe until Wednesday after Thanksgiving, at the earliest).

Using that type of Map would be Plan B or Plan C. But, it is an alternative that I can use via Google Maps (and then taking a screenshot and posting the screen shot image)
I was hoping for a map that a user/member can easily determine an approximate distance; and, a map that allows the user/member to easily zoom-in on the roads. I stopped because my map was sort of in conflict with (and somewhat duplicating) an earlier Southern Bolter map.
That older/original map seems to have disappeared (recently)?
Also, my main computer has been "infected" with an unwanted "default" search engine. That "infection" could get passed-on to a map user.
