And intend to use it as my shops service truck.327 in it runs like a top, I'm just waiting for various oil and filters to road test it. I noticed the ebrake doesn't work, so I got under it and found out it's a band style and the lining is worn down. I live in the middle of nowhere so I can't really send it out to be re banded, so I have to do it myself. I am sure that Brake and Equipment Warehouse here in Minnesota could fix yours, they seem to fix anything, but its a bit far from the frontier. '47 GMC 1 ton w/ 302, NP-540, 4wd, full width Blazer front axle.
'54 GMC 630 w/ 503 gasser, 5 speed, ex fire truck, shortened WB 4', install 8' bed.
'55 GMC 370 w/270, 420 4 speed, grain, dump bed truck from ND. Works OK.

Have you searched for companies like this one in Canada?
