If this is a US engine, it will go from the outside of the block, driver's side, through the block to the side pan cover,and then up to the rocker arm. If this is a Canadian 216 with the short side cover,it will run from the top of the rear cam bearing area across the side cover area and up to the rocker arm. This routing is the same as the 235. | | |
