Do a google search, there are tons of vendors selling brand new kits to put the MII steering under an AD truck.

Jeeper,

I used a Fat Man Fabrication, Stage 3, Kit on my 51-3100. The Stage 3 kit uses adjustable coilover shocks. Quality parts, excellent, easy to follow instructions and it worked out very well for me. Check them out at www.fatmanfab.com. Good luck!

I used Heidts on my '53. Great quality and good customer support.

Here's a link if you haven't already sorted your situation out:

I used an actual Ford OEM wrecking yard MII on my original frame. Makes life easy for maintenance and parts replacement.
