Hey guys since things are a little different this year wanted to share with you the show layout. When you go through registration make sure you let them know your with the Stovebolt and you should be directed to the left to the group area. This year their won't be enough space for extra not registered vehicles in the group area so if you have a vehicle that's not showing you'll want o park it over in the Spectator lot. For the guys setting up the Command Post get ahold of me when you roll in so we can get the gear hauling vehicle in and out. Look forward to seeing you guys!! MONGO
Thanks Mongo, I knew you would take care of us! We hope to set up some awnings for the sitting around and the Official Stovebolt meeting Friday afternoon Non show vehicles parking with the spectator parking is no problem. But, Vicki and I will be there tomorrow with a truck on a trailer. Unload and drop the trailer some where, probably way back in another parking lot. Saturday morning, hit Red X for ice and some last minute items, then drop them off at the Stovebolt HQ. The old F-250 will then be parked way off and hidden somewhere.
Hope you and your Mom can join us for the Stovebolt meeting!
Thanks Don

Steve Looks like you got us in a good spot! I expect about 12 to 15 trucks parking with us. It could also be more? It will be hard not to spend money with the venders right behind us.
Will Little Richie's BBQ be there this year? Vicki and I really like their food and service!

Don, I enlarged Mongos layout so I could get a better idea of the show layout. Looks like a grassy area beside the designated Stovebolt area and a small grass median along behind the trucks. Maybe those will give you some relief from the heat of the parking lot. Canopy’s will be the way to go. Enjoy.

Thanks Martin, I did the same thing. But could not post up an enlarged version. Mongo and the hosting club will take care of us. If the BBQ trailer will not be there, Guess Vicki will be eating Hotdogs, Cookies and Snow Cones. She baked scratch cookie's most of today and will have about 8 dozen for this weekend. Are you sure you and Kathy don't want to jump in a car and join us?

Come on Martin! Taco's on a busy weekend and only porta potty's near? Mix that with just a couple cold one's and I'm asking for an event that Vicki and I won't like!
You are way more of a man than I am!
