For my 2 cents.....I presently have a 70 C30 with a 292 & 4.56 rear....and a 67 K20 with a 250....In the past I had pickup's. Suburban & a Blazer....all 350, with exception of a 327....The reliability & simplicity, not to mention twisting wrenches on 6 cylinders, will never go back to 8 cylinders......I'm sure there's arguments verses 6 over 8, and vice versa, and in the end its a personal choice but a Chevy 6 is surely hard to beat, regardless of the cubic inches....Yup....theses trucks are thirsty but its part of the joy of owning them.....
