I'm Riggles from Australia, and have a '40 model 1/2 ton truck. It was a flat bed (tray
), but I have imported a pickup bed and in the process of fitting it. I've had some success with the forum recently with info on bushings & seals in the driveline. An Oakie bush fixed that problem. The truck it fitted with a '55 Blue Flame motor, and I've just purchased a set of Fenton headers. As I'm studying the rear suspension, I'm wondering if there are suitable shock absorbers that can be fitted, as there are none at present. I'd also like to stick an old (repro) dealer decal on the back window. Can someone point me in the right direction please?
