It's inexpensive, easy to touch up, and who's gonna ever see it? Rustoleum is surprisingly tough when it's fully cured - feels almost like powder coat.

A flexible type finish is best for frames that tend to flex. If the proper steps aren't taken with POR good adhesion may be problematic down the road.

Unless you are going for a full restoration with car show quality pain job you can't beat it for price and durability.
